Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• At least 40 hours of playtime
• Ability to provide professional real estate and client roleplay
• Frequently active in the server
• No previous warnings within the last 2 weeks
• No previous ban within the last 3 months
• The use of AI tools or copied text in your application will lead to instant rejection.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for professional, patient individuals who can guide clients, negotiate clearly, and help people find the right property. Prior experience in real estate or sales is helpful, but not required.

Application Process

After submitting your application, our staff team will review it within 72 hours. If your application is successful, you will be contacted via Discord and invited to an interview held entirely in-character with Dynasty 8 management.
Selected candidates will then receive training before working with clients.
